The nutrition of tiredness is the new nutrition of sports

 

Today I am a proposal for a new definition to the popular nutrition of sports of limit. I would like that the nutrition of sports is called Fatigue Nutrition. Why? Since I believe that all the sports of resistance are based on the capacity of the body to the tiredness of combat.

 

I was a runner maintaining for 10 years and the most constant factor which affects my formation and packing is tiredness. When the body and the spirit become only tired the rest or the nutrition can reverse the effects.

 

The nutrition of tiredness is based on the good sense and the search for real life. The good sense eats a balanced mode being composed of untreated foods, fruit and vegetables. Research comes 10 years to run and study the great minds of the exercise of resistance and fol?tre the nutrition.
